She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Neely and Mary Lou Neely; and her granddaughter Jasmine. She is survived by: her husband Harry L. Wallace; her children, Angela Neely, John "Lee" Neely, Howard Neely and Harry Neely (Jackie); her grandchildren, Amber, Arron, Ocean, Giovanni, Camarah, Isaiah, Keyykeyy, Rayne, Sylis and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, DJ, Cass, Deangelo, Marvon, Marquan and Zier.
