He was predeceased by: his parents, George Maxwell and Alma Maxwell; his wife Peggy E. Maxwell; his grandson Shane Gardner; and his sister Louise Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Maxwell (Anita), Kim Ranft (Rob), Dawn Gardner (Wayne), Lori Maxwell (Debbie) and Terry Maxwell (April); his siblings, Virginia Nunnery (Joe), Bobby Maxwell, Jerry Maxwell and Pat Hall (Fairley); and his sister-in-law Nita Comstock (Lowell). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
