He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bowe and Hattie Bowe; his former wife Elizabeth Bowe; his grandparents, Thomas and Julia Bowe; his siblings, Ezra Bowe (Mary Lee), Chandus Bowe (Patricia) and Julia Loar-Rundio; and his close friends, Jack Shelor and Rodney Amerine.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Ronald Bowe (Josephine) of Washington, C. H. and Linda Bowe Mason of Columbus; his grandchildren, Dreama Campbell (David), Darrell Bowe (Ruby) and A. J. Ankrum; and his siblings, Richard T. Bowe (Pearl), Juanita Coffey, Phyllis Jenkins (David) and Barb Charles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
