He is survived by: his son Billy Carl, Jr. of Washington; his siblings, Stephanie Anderson, Corlis Avery, Gregg Avery (Colleen Upton), Christopher Sanders, Andre Acoff and Yashica Clark; his close friend Christine Smith; his grandchildren, Markia Hardin, Jamilla of Washington, Lachelle of Washington and Arrius Williams; his nieces and nephews, Ashleigh Anderson, Dustin Edwards, Alicia Avery, Whitney Callan, Gregory Avery, Devonte Parks, Ashantae Avery, Nakaela Avery, Billy C. Acoff Jr., Deangelo Q. Witherspoon, Nadia S. Sales and De'carius M. Acoff; his close friend Wanda Cox; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
