She is survived by: her husband Alvis Ray Horn; her brother Curtis Young (Nancy) of Beauty, KY; her children, Harvey Horn (Amanda), Joyce Horn (John Williams) of Columbus, OH. and Angela Horn (Michael Tracy) of Columbus, OH.; and her grandchildren, Travis (Kayson), McKenzie, Curtis, Max, Abagail, Mason, Maci, Parker, Westin and Baby Tracy. She is also survived by many loving brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
