He was predeceased by: his father John H. Caldwell. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Joyce Caldwell; his aunt Cindy Lapatinsky; his uncle Michael Phillips; his brother Michael A. Caldwell (Donna); his nieces, Carrie Caldwell, Michelle Cazares (Jesus), Chelsea Caldwell and Aubree Bretzinger; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Makayla, Michael, Vaden, Lovely, Macie, Matthew, Koen, Axton, Aerilyn, Mia, Liam, Marianna, Antonio and Asher. He is also survived by his coworkers and friends.
