She was predeceased by: her husband Mourad Douek; her parents, Baruch Salem and Rose Salem; and her siblings, Henri Salem, David Salem and Emma Dentes.
She is survived by: her children, Maurice Douek (June), Andre Douek (Lisa) and Danielle Zouela (Ephi); her cousins, Having, Jewish and Mourad; France, Israel and Mourad. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grand-children, many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Congregation Agudas Achim.
