He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fannin and Goldie May Fannin (Dorothy Fay Fannin). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Fulks, Doug Fannin, Kevin Fannin, Kelly Fannin, Tom Fannin and Brenda Butler; his granddaughter Jennifer Walter; his great grandchild Bobby Bush; and his close friends, Rosie and Hope. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
