She is survived by: her children, Doreen Lynn Burley, Karolyn "Michelle" Burley and Kenneth "Glen" Burley (Simone); and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Chapman and Phillip "Phil" Chapman. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
