He is survived by: his wife Nancy Waugh; his daughters, Tiffany Stevenson, Rachel Tippie, Tiffanie Hunley and Amanda Hunley; and his siblings, Anita Smith, Elaine Gordon, Ronnie, Teddy, Rudy and Tony Waugh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
