He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilburn and Mary Jane Wilburn (Fultz). He is survived by: his son Bernard Wilburn; his wife Josette Wilburn (Filippi); his daughter Mary Jane Wilburn; his stepdaughter Caroline S. Meckstroth; and his grandsons, Miles J. Wilburn and Phillip Lake Wilburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
