He is survived by: his children, Billy Miller, Tatum Hetrick and Charlie Hetrick; his grandchildren, Peter Thompkins, Noah Gilbert, Tasia Hetrick, Donovan Miller, Micah Hetrick and Vivian Hetrick; his mother Shirley Allinder; his stepmother Anita Hetrick; his siblings, Geneva Settle (Dean Wilson), Ruby Hetrick (Larry Butler), Cindy Ross, Steven Wallace, Jeff Hetrick (Andrea) and Michael Wallace; and the mothers of children, Dorothy Mohle and Kelly Hetrick. He is also survived by his family, had a soft spot for children and animals.
