She was predeceased by: her grandmother Rose Nowell; her parents, Shirley Noble and Irvin Neal Sr.; and her brother Irvin Neal Jr.. She is survived by: her son JaRon R. C. Chapman; her siblings, Sharon, Spencer (Mary), Ronald (Karla), Kevin (Linda) and Neal Patrick Carroll; and her niece Latrice. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
