She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Bobbitt and Alberta Bobbitt; her husband Russell Elliott Boyce; her daughter Ebony Carter (Dedric); her granddaughters, Azaria, Aniah and Akenzia Carter; her siblings, Charles Bobbitt (Anna) of Florissant, MO and Mary E. Bobbitt; her mother-in-law Dorothy Boyce of Yellow Springs, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Clarenda Jordan (Chris) of McKinney, TX and Elaine Boyce. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
