It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chimako Barkie (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her sons, Michael and Christopher; and her sisters-in-law, Irene and Velma Barkie.
She is survived by: her children, Irena McCoy (Duane), Kathy Morris (Tom), Timothy Barkie and Christine Jones (Thom); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Katie McCoy, Matthew Barkie and Meghan Morris; her great grandchildren, Evan, Carson and Brianna; her sister-in-law Rose McCutcheon (Doug); and her pets, Tiny and Cosmo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
