It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Jones of Columbus, Ohio, born in Siler, Kentucky, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Jones and Lula Jones (Mayhan); his wife Jeanette Jones; and his siblings, Eula Mayne, Fred Jones, Danny Jones and Donnie Jones.
He is survived by: his son Greg Jones (Patty); his grandsons, Danny and Mark Jones; his great grandchildren, Vera, Trinity and Emerald Jones; his sisters, Ruby Bailey and Beulah Walker (Bob); and his close friend Melissa Marcum. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
We were planning our next trip after the pandemic so we could go somewhere since we had been stuck at home for so long.
