He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Osborne and Lula Mae Osborne (Gurganious). He is survived by: his wife Anita Osborne (Frye); his daughter Jacqueline Renee Osborne (Timothy Paxton); his foster daughter Angela Bingman (Dana); and his siblings, Charles Osborne, Gloria Newman, Jim Osborne, Etta Osborne, Stella Hudson, Doug Osborne (Connie) and David Osborne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
