She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Skeen and Addie Skeen (McDavid); her daughter Rebecca Albarran; and her brothers, Jon Skeen, Robert Thomas Skeen and Billy Skeen.
She is survived by: her children, Ana Archer (John) of Plumwood, Salvador Nunez (Melissa) of Columbus, OH, Margarita Salgado (Richard) of Hilliard, OH and Ralph Whitis; her siblings, Jerry Skeen (Lorraine) of Villa Hills, KY, Denise Memoracion of Covington, KY, Charlotte Case (Edward) of Springboro, OH, Rodney Skeen (Connie) of Morningview, KY, Lori Skeen of Wilder, KY, Janette Skeen (Donald) of North Venice, FL and Audrey Preece (Carl) of Pflugerville, TX; her grandchildren, Kyle, Mickinzie, Alyssa, Victoria, Anne, Gabrielle, Darrius and Abigail; her great grandchild Elizabeth; and her close friend Robert Nibert.
