It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleve Westmoreland Sr. (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on November 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Cleve is survived by: wife Ora C. Westmoreland; and children, Norma Jean Magwood Neighbarger, Litha Ann Moorehead (Joe), Cleve Westmoreland Jr, Harry Goins (Barbara) of Alexandria, VA and Charlotte Goins Carter. Cleve is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, other relatives, and friends.
