It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Jean Barber (Columbus, Ohio), born in Decatur, Georgia, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wingo and Gladys Chase; her husband William G. Barber Jr.; her daughter Lynn Locke; and her siblings, Babs-Wingo, Ethel Hairston, Marva Wingo-Goodwin and Winston Wingo.
