She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Short and Whitcomb Tanner (Linda); and her siblings, Rhonda R. Tanner, Ronald, Donald, Henry and Larry Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tamara Ruelas (Efrain) and Tracey Yates (Ron); her grandchildren, Ashleigh Boxill, Craig Tanner and Charyce Davis; her great grandchildren, Harmoni-Marie, Willie Coleman, IV and Martius Tanner; and her siblings, Marsha L. Witherspoon (William), Stephanie D. Tanner, Karen S. Cooper (Gregory), Robert G. Tanner, Jeri L. Cunningham, Dennis F. Tanner (Kay), Patricia A. Tanner, Robin Thornton (Darnell), Toye Thomas (Galin), Michael A. and John E. Bell III. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
