He is survived by: his parents, Linda Wells and Carl Maggard; his stepmother Tricia Maggard; his children, Lyndsey Maggard, Annie Mills and Ben Maggard; his grandchildren, Ayden Mills, Adalia Mills, Asa Mills and Alynn Mills; his brothers, David Maggard and Sam Maggard; his brother-in-law Terry Headings; and his siblings' children, Seth, Scott Headings, Kaylee Maggard and DJ Maggard.
