She is survived by: her children, Holly Hazlett (Jason) and Kermit Reed (Destiny); her grandchildren, Trinitie Hazlett, Jaydin Hazlett, Jayce Hazlett, Garet Reed and Gavin Reed; her siblings, John Spriggs (Vickie), Nicole Shanks-Spriggs, Sherry Thomas, Tony Spriggs, Shane Spriggs, Cristal Spriggs and Angela Logsdon; her siblings' children, Heather Thatcher (Nathan) and Billy Smith (Tina); and her cousins, Pam Schneider (Bud), Sandy Tsuyuki (Marty), Donnie Shaner, Ray Shaner (Becky), Mike Schneider, Jeff Schneider (Mary), Mark Herman, Leann Hu, Jennifer Tsuyuki, Cory Tsuyuki, Jason, Justin, Mitch Shaner, Rayanne Shane, Samuel and Grant Schneider.
