She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver O. Fortner and Rita Jean Walls Fortner; and her siblings, Anthony Fortner and Karen Fortner. She is survived by: her children, Kelley Atkins (Bradley) of Scott Depot, W. V and Nickolas Thompson of Columbus; and her siblings, Jamie Fortner (Rhonda) of Rutland, Michelle Coleman (Joe) of McArthur and Billie Evanich (Bret) of South Point. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
