He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Foe and Mishie Foe; and his siblings, Gene Foe and Joann Foe Hanson. He is survived by: his friend Belinda Amons; his sibling's children, Scott Foe, Steven Foe, Matthew Hanson and Elizabeth Hanson Vandervoort; his sister-in-law LaVerne Foe (Gene); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis Hanson, Madelyn Hanson, Sidney Hanson, Justin Vandervoort and Colin Vandervoort.
