She is survived by: her husband Jerry Amick; her sisters, Sandra Giammarco (Phillip), Sharon McKee and Barbara Barker; her stepson Zachary Amick; her grandson Ashton Amick; and her nieces and nephews, John, Josh Pyle, Michelle Mumphrey and Angela Wagner.
