He is survived by: his sisters, Lizzie Mae McMahan, Louise and Betty of South Carolina; his children, Daniel Ballenger Jr. (Eucile) of Garner, Barbara Scales (Calvin) of Blacklick and Mildred Ballenger of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Chenise Crump, Camika Jones and Corey Ballenger (Lindsay); his great grandchildren, Darius Crump, Taylor Jones, Teya Ballenger, Kendell Crump, Amara Jones, Evan Crump, Courtney Ballenger and Corey Ballenger (CJ); and his great great grandchildren, Kamdyn and Keelyn Crump. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
