He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Plummer and Athelene Plummer; and his brothers, Bernard Plummer and James Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Plummer; his siblings, Michael Plummer, Delilah Elliott (Howard) and Yvonne Ling (Billy); his children, Susan Ray Plummer, Melissa Castle (Josh), Waylon Curtis Plummer and Timothy Darrell Plummer (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Kayla Plummer, Brandon Plummer, Cody Pettry, Kevin Wilson, Amber Castle, Ryan Castle and Addison Castle. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
