He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Bowers and Joan Bowers. He is survived by: his children, Justin Bowers (Linda) and Alaina Bowers; his siblings, Raymond Bowers (Sylvia), William Bowers and Mary Kelly; and his former wife Julie Bowers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
