He is survived by: his children, Scott Grundei (Jacquie), Shannon Meisner (Pete) and Sara Smith (Brian); his grandchildren, Hayden, Caleb, Gavin Grundei, Max, Will Meisner, Trevor and Thea Smith; his siblings, Dianne Chrisman (Roger), Marianne Richardson, Kenny (Becky) and Greg Grundei (Susan); his sister-in-law Marsha Grundei; and his friend Dale Vissman (Ron).
