He is survived by: his wife Joan Terrasi; his sister Barbara Lee Kerester (Tom) of Alexandria, VA; his children, David Chase (Dawn) of Jefferson, OH, Kathy Small (Clifton) of Hilliard, OH, Barbara Jamison (Edward) of Marion, NC and Susan Chase (David Fenstermaker) of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Small, Brent Small (Heather), Benjamin Jamison (Emily), Katlin Moran (Nathan), Owen Jamison (Kelly), Leanne Applegate (Ian), Adam Chase (Emily), David Chase (Abbie), Natasha Casto, Chase Casto (Paula), Macy Casto and Hayden Casto; and his great grandchildren, Finian Haynes, Finley, Owen, Knox Jamison, Beckett, Quinn Small, Remy Moran, Maximus and Carter Jamison.
