He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Hofius of Colorado and Karen Hofius-Aldstadt of Grove City. He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Jeff Hofius (Karol), Jody Mathews (Mike) and Larry Hofius; his grandchildren, Jason Krotky, Kris Krotky, Jennifer Lawrence (Nate), Kyle Hofius and Joshua Mathews (Abby Montgomery); and his niece Pamella Fannin.
