He is survived by: his wife Donna; his mother Eloise Radford; his children, Crystal Betts (Chris), Dave Manter (Monie), Jonda Hackney (Tony) and Todd Chastain (Heather); his grandchildren, Claudia (Noah), Austin, Noah, Laci, Brittany, Luke, Courtney and Kailyn; his great grandchildren, Kasen and Keelyn; and his siblings, Timothy Manter, Tina Moore, Paula Wintermute (Jeff) and Peggy Hill (Donnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
