He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, David Phelps Jr., Darrin Phelps and Diane Collins (Rick); his granddaughters, Victoria, Alexandra, Nicole, Tianna, Becky and Ava; his stepgrandsons, Joshua and Troy; and his sisters, Jenny Pittman, Patty Sutton, Sandy Viles, Rebecca Viles Terry, Darlene Viles, Lori Asher and Theresa Mays. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
