He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Christine of Columbus, OH, David Jr. (Revonda) of Columbus, OH, Teresa of Columbus, OH and Gloria Leonard of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Malik Leonard of Chicago, IL, Lexius Leonard of Columbus, OH, Maurice Barnes of Columbus, OH and Marques Barnes of Columbus, OH; and his brothers, Levi Leonard, Jr. and Billy Ross Leonard of Hissop, AL. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
