He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnie Mobley and Thelma Mobley; and his siblings, Effie, Carol Jean and Raymond.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glinda Ludwick (Kris), Saundra Marcum and Kim Mitchell (Lonnie); and his siblings, Horace Mobley (Marian), Allen Mobley, George Elbert and Linda Jones. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
