He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil and Eileen. He is survived by: his children, Christina Ann Christian, David Lee Jr. and Jessica Lynn; and his siblings, Vernon, Alan, Virgil, Ernie, Terry and Marva Bridges. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
