He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; his parents, Harold and Margie; and his sister Joyce. He is survived by: his children, David Jr., Debbie, Denise, Russell (Becki) and Douglas (Desiree); his brothers, Larry, Harold, John (Charlotte) and Timothy (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Makenna, Logan, Allysa, Joseph and Mariah.
