He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mouser and Mamie Mouser; and his brother James Mouser. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Mouser; his daughter Alison Loar; his stepson Eric Smith (Jennifer); his brother Tom Mouser (Beryl); his grandchildren, Eryn, Ryan, Meredith, Samantha and Olivia; and his close friend John Skirtch. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
