She is survived by: her close friend Charles; her aunts and uncles, Polly Pruitt, Ruth Mason, Vivian Rush (Maxie), Nathan Lowe Jr. (Bessie), Clifford Lowe and Perry Lowe; her husband John Henderson; her children, Angelia K. Rice (Alvin), Jon B. Henderson (Juan), Karla, Edgerton and Karen Henderson; her siblings, Arthur Lowe (Patricia), Sandy Brown (Jerry) and Kenneth Lowe (Cheryl); her cousin Madeline Graham; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly White, Shenice Latta (John), Artie Lowe, Anika Lowe, Jarrett Brown, Timothy Lowe (Tonja) and Kennetha Jackson; and her friends, Annette Mizelle, Earline Sullivan, Ginger Howard and Loretta Rolle. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
