She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret DeHaan (Andrews) and Wolbert DeHaan; and her grandparents, Martha Lou (Pursley), James Victor Andrews, Elizabeth (Van Derby) and Harm DeHaan.
She is survived by: her husband Terence Sullivan (Terry); her children, Elizabeth Leigh Montgomery (Brandon), Michael Patrick Sullivan (Melissa) and Margaret Ellen Sullivan (Maggie); her grandchildren, Sullivan Lou Montgomery, Jane Marie Montgomery and Gilligan Richard Merrick; and her brothers, David DeHaan (Karen) and Michael DeHaan (Elizabeth).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Deborah DeHaan Scholarship Fund at the OCLRE, which supports schools in need of financial assistance to participate in OCLRE programs (contributions to the Fund can be made online or by mail to the OCLRE at 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43204 by writing "DeHaan Fund" in the check memo line).
