She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Hines; and her siblings, Don, Gary Lundy and Brenda Hines. She is survived by: her husband Claudio Carifa; her stepdaughter Kristin Hall (Justice); her stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn and Balin of Lewis Center, Ohio; her stepson Joseph Carifa (Sherma); her stepgrandson Joseph Jr. of Bexley, Ohio.; and her siblings, Carolyn Hines, Beverly Mehaffey, Doug Hines (Julie), Steven Hines (Peggy) of Russell, KY and Timothy Hines (Sheryl). She is also survived by eight nieces, seven nephews and 25 great niece.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Graves' Disease and Thyroid Foundation.
