Moore; her children, Andrea Ford (William), Dawn Ashworth (Derek Berry), Justin Butcher and Chris Ryan; her grandchildren, Andy Guzman, Gunner Ford, Bryce Blaney, Galen Perry and Whited; and her siblings, Wendy Perry, Kimberly Dunkle and Galen Perry, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
