He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Wilson; and his wife Sammie P. Howard. He is survived by: his children, Steve Howard (Cathy) of Dayton, OH, Debbie Macy (Dave) of Reno, NV and Timothy Jay Howard of Columbus, OH; his stepsons, Bruce Doolin (Melissa) of Columbus, OH and Danny Doolin of Delaware, OH.; his grandchildren, Alicia, Eric, Jessica, Kristen, Randi, Taylor, Kayla and Desi; his sister-in-law Judy Merritt; and his daughters-in-law, Rebecca Howard and Shari Fox. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren.
