She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Akers and Maxine Akers (May); her husband William Lanning; and her daughter Mary McCloud. She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Burgett, Crystal Martindale (Derrick) and William Lanning (Mary); her grandchildren, Tiffany Sprouse, Austen Sprouse, William Lanning Jr., Kylie Burgett, Eric Lanning, Breeann Lanning and Ryann Lanning; her great grandchildren, Avery Sprouse, Liam Lanning, Isabella Lanning and Jackson Wilson; and her siblings, Brenda Groff and Virgil Wolford. She is also survived by aunt, an uncle, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
