Dolores L. Skaggs Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores L. Skaggs of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Felton and Goldie Felton (Kramer); and her husband Wilburn "Emerson" Skaggs. She is survived by: her sons, David Emerson and Dana T (Jaci); her grandchildren, Elisabeth Ann, Erica Carolyn Hutzel (Charles), Sabra Danielle, Noelle Angelica and David Emerson; and her brothers, John Henry Felton and Carl Ambrose Felton (Carol).

Dolores spent many years serving the bleeding disorders community by serving on the board of directors for the Central Ohio Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation.
