He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Wills; his parents, Guy Wills and Sadie Wills; his daughter-in-law Susan Tobias; and his nephew Darrell Muething.
He is survived by: his children, Roberta "Bobbi" Cobb (Tom), Keith Tobias, Dawn Tarantelli (Tony), Robin Kimble (Ted) and Becky Hayhurst (Frank); his great-niece Louise Machemehl (Mike); Joyce Meuthing, Dianne Bollinger and Bill Meuser.
