He is survived by: his parents, Paul Bergen and Wilma Bergen; his wife Karen Bergen; his daughter Melissa Waller (John); his grandchildren, Bradley Waller and Ashley Young (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Jillian Waller and Robbie Waller.
