He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jane Batton; his children, Jeffrey R. Batton and Julie L. Green (Batton); his parents, Rumsey Batton and Mildred Batton (Vorwerk); and his siblings, Calvert, David, Thomas, William, James (Mickey), Robert and Florene Batton.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chris Batton, Megan Goldhardt, Emily Green and Elise Green; and his son-in-law Roger Green. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
