He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Baker and Vina Myers Baker; and his siblings, Fern Aul, Jean Straub and Dick Baker.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Lahm Baker; and his children, Debbie Baker of Springfield, Brenda Baker of Columbus and Jeff Baker of Marengo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
